PAYMENT PROCEDURE AND PERIOD

Registration

(i) Payment of Registration/Commitment Fee of ZMK5,000,000
(ii) Refundable less 10% Administrative fee should you decide not to proceed with the Purchase
(iii) Becomes part of the Total Purchase Price of the Housing/Property Unit when the Contract of Sale is Signed

OPTION 1 - Outright Purchase (Full Price)
(i) Payment of 100% of Total Purchase Price Entitles the Purchaser to a Discount Starting from 5%
(ii) ZDA-Henan Guoji proceeds to Construct and Complete the House/Property Unit in 4 months
(iii) ZDA -Henan Guoji Hands Over the House/Property Unit to Purchaser after another 4 months
(iv) Total Lead Time from Payment to Handover is Eight (8) Months
OPTION 2 - Flexible 20 Months Payment Scheme
(i) Initial Payment of 30% of Total Purchase Price : ZDA -Henan Guoji Constructs & Completes the House/Property in 4 months
(ii) Buyer Makes Second Installment of 40% of Total Purchase Price Within 8 Months from the Date of Completion of the House
(iii) Buyer Makes Final payment of 30% of the Total Purchase Price Within 8 Months from the Date of Payment of the Second Installment
(iv) ZDA-Henan Guoji Hand Over the house /Property Unit to Purchaser Immediately Upon Final Payment
OPTION 3 - Flexible 8 Months Combined With a Mortgage Facility

(i) Initial Payment of 20% of Total Purchase Price : ZDA -Henan Guoji Constructs & Completes the House/Property in 4 months
(ii) Buyer Makes Second Installment of 20% of Total Purchase Price Within 4 Months from the Date of Completion of the House
(iii) ZDA-Henan Guoji Hands Over the House/Property Unit when Buyer has Made 40% Payment of the total Purchase Price
(iv) For the Remaining 60% ZDA-Henan Guoji Arranges a Mortgage Loan with a Maximum Repayment Period of 0--20Years.

(v) House is used as Collateral
